How do I make a wholesale account?
You can make a wholesale account through our website when you go to checkout. Anyone can make one, but please note that to be tax exempt in NC you must include your Tax ID.
What are your minimums for wholesale?
We aim to make wholesale pricing accessible to everyone, offering discounted prices starting at a minimum of 6 pieces on select garments.
Where can I find wholesale pricing?
Wholesale tiered pricing is shown in the table under the MSRP of each applicable garments’ page.
What is tiered pricing?
We offer additional discounts on garments when you purchase higher quantities and hit certain discount tiers.
Does wholesale pricing automatically apply or do I need assistance?
Wholesale pricing will automatically apply in your cart. Make sure that you are inputting your desired quantities when you add items to your cart, not adjusting the quantities in the cart.
Can I mix colors or sizes of a garment and still receive the wholesale discount?
Yes! As long as they’re the same style of garment (for example, you can’t mix short sleeves and long sleeves bodysuits-- they must all be either short sleeves or long sleeves).
Do you offer samples before I make a bulk purchase?
Yes! We offer sample pricing for one item per garment (for example, sample pricing is only eligible for one piece/size; you cannot get sample pricing on multiple colors or sizes). Sample pricing is offered at the second lowest tiered price. If you are interested in placing a sample order, please contact taylor@spiritex.net.
What do I do about defective items?
If you have issues with a garment that you purchased, please contact taylor@spiritex.net with pictures of the issue. We will send you replacement garments along with a return label to send back the defective pieces.

What is your return policy for wholesale garments?
We will accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days of shipping date. Please note there will be a 30% restocking fee.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Sale items are non-refundable but we will happily exchange or provide store credit for sale items. We do not accept returns that have strong odors. Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke, and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.

Do you offer free shipping?
As a small company, we do not currently have the ability to offer free shipping for wholesale orders.

Do you offer additional discounts for wholesaling sale items?
Our sale items are generally already at a wholesale level discount, but depending on the item we might be able to work something out if the remaining inventory or a significant portion is purchased. Please contact taylor@spiritex.net with inquiries about specific items.

What do I do if an item that I want to make a wholesale purchase on is out of stock?
You can contact taylor@spiritex.net for inquiries on out of stock items. She can notify you on when/if the item is being recut and the expected restock date. Additionally, this will allow her to add you to the notification list and we will let you know when the item in question is back in stock.

Can I preorder items that are out of stock?
Definitely! Just contact taylor@spiritex.net with the item that you’re wanting to preorder with quantities, sizes, and attributes and she can get an invoice drafted for you.
